Kevin Badke

Kevin Badke has spent his career in and around the Charlottesville community as a restaurateur, a football coach, and a nonprofit founder. He owned and operated restaurants in the Charlottesville area for years before founding Man in the Glass, a local nonprofit that provides mentorship and financial assistance to young student-athletes. He currently coaches football at St. Anne's-Belfield School, where he sees firsthand what athletic programs need and where the national vendors fall short. At Plus Effort, he leads sales and program partnerships.

Scott Reinen

Scott Reinen has coached youth baseball for twelve years, which is how he knows what athletic programs actually need from their apparel partners. For 15 years, he's been building content engines and growth programs for media companies and early-stage startups. He's taken companies from seed to 50+ employees, driven revenue up 2,000%, and grown audiences into the millions. His work has powered Super Bowl activations and venture-backed content networks for clients including Toyota, Wynn Las Vegas, YES Network, and Cash App. At Plus Effort, he leads brand, growth, and operations.
