Why us

Virginia lacrosse
is its own market.

Virginia is one of the deepest lacrosse markets in the country. Prep schools compete with national-level programs from Maryland and the Northeast; public school programs run rosters as competitive as either. The visual standard is high. The order has to land before the first weekend of March, when programs play their preseason scrimmages.

We build lacrosse kits in full sublimation by default. Numbers and names dye into the fabric, side panels carry sport-specific tradition (tomahawk stripes, shoulder yokes, custom inner-collar prints), and the cut accounts for the chest pad and shoulder pad layers underneath. Goalie kits run in a contrasting palette with a wider chest cut to clear the chest protector.

Order in December. Fit session in January. Delivery before the first scrimmage. Reorders for late additions turn around in seven business days.

Spec

A custom lacrosse jersey is full sublimation, with detail-heavy panel work that distinguishes the program from the catalog default. Shoulder yokes, tomahawk side stripes, custom inner-collar prints, and the small visual cues that read as Virginia lacrosse and not generic prep apparel. Numbers and names dye into the fabric.

Tackle twill on a lacrosse jersey is the wrong call because the panel weight catches under a chest pad strap. Screen printing fails fast on a jersey washed forty times a season. Embroidery is reserved for the warm-up jacket chest logos. Plus Effort builds lacrosse kits in full sublimation with the panel-work depth that separates a program-built identity from a catalog uniform.
