Why us

Volleyball is
sport-cut work.

Volleyball is the high school sport where cut matters more than any other. Spandex shorts, fitted jerseys, libero contrast - the wrong template stretches across a roster and looks off on every athlete. Programs that win volleyball games run identity year over year, and the kit is the visual continuity from the senior class out to the rising freshmen.

We build volleyball kits in full sublimation with sport-specific cuts that fit a hitter and a libero from the same template. Libero jerseys run in a contrasting color per the rules. Warm-up tops match the jersey art. Numbers and names dye into the fabric so the look does not crack across the spike-and-pull motion that wears down screen-print uniforms.

Order in June. Fit session in late July. Delivery before mid-August preseason. Reorders for transfers turn around in seven business days during the season.

Spec

A custom volleyball jersey is full sublimation, sport-cut, with the libero kit in a contrasting palette per the rules. Numbers and names dye into the fabric. The look holds up to a season of spike-and-pull motion that wears down screen-print uniforms in three months.

Tackle twill is the wrong call on a volleyball jersey because the panel weight changes how the fabric stretches across the spike motion. Screen printing fails fast; the ink cracks at the shoulder and chest seams within a season. Embroidery shows up on the warm-up jacket chest, never on the jersey body. Plus Effort builds volleyball kits in full sublimation with sport-cut sizing so the kit fits a 5-foot-6 libero and a 6-foot middle hitter from the same template.
