Why us

Baseball is
tradition work.

Baseball is the sport with the longest visual continuity. The pinstripe pant, the felt-letter chest, the cap logo that traces back fifty years. Programs that win baseball games tend to carry visual identity across decades, and a vendor change is the moment that identity either holds or breaks.

We build baseball uniforms with the traditional decoration spec: tackle twill on the chest and back, sublimated piping or trim, custom-fit pants, and a cap program that matches the jersey work. Letter weight, font choice, and cap crown style get walked through with the head coach before anything goes to production.

Order in December. Fit session in January. Delivery before the first scrimmage in late February. Spring training in Florida or the Carolinas does not wait for the order; the schedule is built backward from opening day.

Spec

A custom baseball jersey runs tackle twill on the chest letters and back numbers, with sublimated piping or trim. Caps run custom embroidery on a structured or unstructured crown. The combination is the traditional baseball look, and it is the spec that ages best for a program that wants visual continuity year over year.

Full sublimation works on travel-ball jerseys where price is the lever, but the tactile feel of a sewn-on chest letter is the difference between a uniform that looks like a baseball uniform and one that looks like a soccer kit. Screen printing on a baseball jersey is a fail; the ink cracks at the chest seam after a season of throwing. Embroidery shows up on the cap crown and the bullpen jacket chest, never on the jersey body. Plus Effort defaults to the traditional spec and walks programs through the trade-offs when budget pressure requires a sub-varsity sublimation set.

Baseball season

December to March,
in five steps.

Virginia high school baseball season opens in late February or early March. Spring training starts the week after Presidents Day. The order has to be in the building by then, which means the calendar runs backward from late February.

1

December: discovery.

Call with the head coach after football season ends. Roster, identity decisions, what the program is wearing now, what stays and what changes. Per-unit pricing in 48 hours.

2

January: fit session.

On-campus sizing for every player on the projected roster. Pant fit is the hardest variable; cuts vary widely between manufacturers, so we measure against the actual base layers the player will wear under the uniform.

3

January and February: proofs and sign-off.

Tackle twill art, cap embroidery proofs, color matches against existing program identity, sign-off from the head coach and AD.

4

February: production.

Tackle twill and sublimation run in parallel. Cap embroidery runs in parallel. Pants are sized against the January fit session.

5

Late February: delivery before opening day.

Direct ship to the field house. Walk the order with the equipment manager before the first scrimmage. Reorder window for late additions stays open through the first week of practice.
