Who we serve
Programs, not accounts.
Athletic programs come in different shapes, but the problems they share with apparel vendors are almost always the same. Slow turnaround when seasons start. Account managers who don't know your sport. Generic gear that looks like everyone else's. Pricing tiers that lock smaller programs out and big programs into volume they don't need.
Plus Effort works with three kinds of programs that are tired of operating that way: high school athletic departments, collegiate programs, and club and youth organizations. Different scales, different budgets, different seasons. Same standard of service.
01 - High School & Prep
High school and prep athletics
Public varsity programs, prep schools, and everything in between. We work with athletic directors who want one partner across every sport in the department, and with individual head coaches who want a vendor that takes their program seriously regardless of whether it's varsity football or freshman field hockey.
Plus Effort fit: Our founders coach at this level, which means we understand what high school athletic budgets, timelines, and identity decisions actually look like in practice.
02 - Collegiate
Collegiate athletic departments
Full-scale outfitting for college athletic departments that operate at the highest level. Game-day uniforms across every sport, practice gear, sideline apparel, branded staff kits, and the spirit wear that fills the stands. We handle department-wide outfitting on one consistent standard, so your AD has one partner instead of ten vendor relationships to manage.
Plus Effort fit: Department-level outfitting is our highest-value engagement, and we structure proposals sport by sport with per-unit pricing your athletic department can plan against.
03 - Club & Youth
Club and youth programs
Travel ball, AAU, youth leagues, college club sports, and the programs that compete outside the school system. From U10 tournaments to regional championships, we outfit organizations that take their identity seriously even when they don't have an athletic department behind them. Custom uniforms, spirit wear, and coaching kits for programs that operate on volunteer time and parent budgets.
Plus Effort fit: No hard order minimum means club and youth programs aren't gated out of premium gear by volume requirements that don't match their roster size.
One standard, three contexts.
The thread across all three audiences is the same: we treat your program like the operation it is, not the line item it shows up as in some national vendor's CRM. That means the founders are the people you talk to. It means we build proposals around your specific context, not a tier sheet. And it means the gear we deliver is the gear we'd put on our own teams.
What changes between audiences is the shape of the engagement. A varsity football coach ordering uniforms for one team gets a different proposal than an athletic director outfitting twelve sports gets a different proposal than a travel baseball organization ordering jerseys for four age groups. We meet each program where it actually is.
If you're not sure which category fits your program, start a conversation and we'll figure it out together. Fifteen minutes, no pitch.
